Construction in parks begins
Initial group of park paths completed
At Archibald, Olympic and McLeod parks. The technical work on the boardwalk design begins.

Work on Rizal Reserve section begins
Preliminary design
Technical work began on preliminary and detailed design for Areas One and Two.
Public consultation run from 22 November to 20 December.
